"Making things clear and dependable for clients so they feel supported and at ease, that’s what matters.”
Sheryl Dalton – Director of Operations
Personal Moments
You’ll meet Sheryl early in the relationship—she’s often the first friendly face clients connect with. Whether it’s helping with account updates, making sure contracts and disclosures are squared away, or sending out those quarterly check-ins, Sheryl makes the technical side feel simple. Clients rely on her not just for answers, but for peace of mind.
With over a decade at PrimeTRUST Advisors, Sheryl ensures the firm’s back-office systems—from compliance and recordkeeping, to bookkeeping and client support—run like clockwork.
With a strong foundation in business administration and a natural affinity for technology, Sheryl blends analytical rigor with a personable touch. Her ability to streamline operations and improve the client experience makes her an indispensable part of the team.
A native Texan turned South Carolinian, Sheryl earned her BS in Business Administration from USC Spartanburg (now known as USC Upstate). When she’s not at work, you’ll find her making memories with family at the beach, the ski slopes, or even in adult ballet class—proving that grace and grit go hand-in-hand.
